Know exactly which accounts to work this quarter.
Upload your territory. Six AI agents research every account — live, not from a database. Get back a T1/T2/T3 priority stack in minutes.
20 accounts included. No long-term commitment.
Your territory data is lying to you.
Every AE starts a quarter with a territory full of noise. The CRM doesn't know what happened last month.
Some of your Tier 1s are already gone.
Acquired, shut down, or pivoted out of your ICP before your quarter even started. The CRM still shows them as 'Active.'
You're spending hours on research you shouldn't have to do.
Manually Googling every account to figure out if it's real takes time that should go toward selling. This should be automated.
Nobody can see what you're missing.
Managers review your pipeline based on CRM data. If 30% of your territory is dead weight, that skews forecast calls and quota conversations.
What is your time actually worth?
Put in your numbers. See what bad territory data is costing you.

How many hours you spend on each account
On-target earnings — used to value your time
Based on Gartner's 22.5% annual B2B data decay rate. Wasted hours = dead accounts × avg hours per account.
How it works
Three steps. Under 10 minutes for most territories.
Upload your territory
Export your account list from your CRM and drop in a CSV. Company names are enough — domains and industries make the results sharper.
AI agents research every account
Six specialized agents hit each company with live signals: closures, M&A, duplicates, funding health, HQ moves, and ICP alignment. In parallel.
Get your tiered list
Every account lands in Tier 1 (work now), Tier 2 (nurture), or Tier 3 (archive). Each call includes the reasoning — you stay in control.
What each tier means in practice
Not a black box. Every tier comes with a reason.
Verified active companies with strong ICP fit and no red flags. These are your priority accounts for this quarter — call them first.
Active accounts with lower urgency or signals worth monitoring — funding gaps, leadership changes, or recent slowdowns. Keep them warm.
Dormant, dead, or mis-tiered accounts — acquired, shut down, or outside your ICP. Stop working these. Reclaim that time.
Time is the variable. Tiering is the lever.
Every rep works roughly 2,000 hours a year. Where those hours go decides everything.
10 accounts. 2,000 hours. One choice.
How you allocate your time determines your commission.
Six agents. Every account.
Each agent is trained on a specific signal type. Together they produce a complete picture of whether an account deserves your time.
Detects closures, bankruptcies, and companies that have quietly stopped operating.
Flags acquisitions, mergers, and ownership changes that alter your deal path.
Finds the same company listed under multiple names or domains in your territory.
Reads runway signals, hiring velocity, and recent rounds — growth vs. contraction.
Catches relocations that move an account out of your territory or region.
Returns SIC code, NAICS code, and ICP fit — so you know if the account still belongs in your territory at all.
Common questions
How long does a scan take?
Most territory scans complete in under 10 minutes depending on account count. Each account is analyzed by six agents in parallel, so even large lists process quickly.
What do I need to upload?
A CSV with company names is enough to get started. The more context you include — domain, industry, region — the more accurate the tiering.
How is this different from just filtering my CRM?
CRM filters only surface what's already in your data. DeadAccount.ai actively researches each account using live signals — news, filings, job postings, web presence — so you get a picture of what's actually happening today, not what someone typed in 18 months ago.
Can I share the tiered list with my manager or SE?
Yes. Every scan produces a shareable report with tier assignments and the reasoning behind each decision — useful for QBRs, territory reviews, and alignment with SEs or overlays.
Is this only useful for CRM cleanup?
No — most AEs use it at the start of a new quarter to baseline their territory before building their outreach plan. CRM cleanup is the organizational byproduct. The immediate value is knowing where to spend your time.
Other tools give you inputs. We give you outputs.
ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay — they all give you more data to work with. We give you a prioritized list of which accounts to work. That's a different job.
“Apollo fills your pipeline with names. We tell you which names are worth calling.”
Apollo is a search engine for contacts. It gives you names, emails, phone numbers, and sequences — powerful for building lists and finding decision-makers from scratch.
- Contact search & filtering
- Email sequencing
- Org chart data
- Intent signals (database-sourced)
Apollo tells you WHO is at the account. It doesn't tell you WHETHER the account is worth working this quarter — or whether the company still exists.
We start from your existing territory and rank every account. T1s get your time. T3s and dead accounts get removed. You don't search from zero — you work from a prioritized version of your actual book.

DeadAccount.ai gives you less — the right accounts, ranked, with the noise removed.
